Custom Kitchens in Al Sajja

Bespoke custom kitchens built for new villas/townhouses in Al Sajja. A new home packages approach, designed and installed by our own Sharjah workshop team. Typically AED 8,000–65,000.

Why Arcan for Al Sajja

• Designed for New villas/townhouses - we have measured enough properties in Al Sajja to anticipate the quirks of your floor plan before we arrive.
• New home packages finishes and hardware that hold up to the humidity, sand, and sun exposure of coastal UAE living, not imported stock rated only for temperate climates.
• Workshop-to-door logistics across Sharjah - our Sharjah factory runs its own delivery fleet, so your custom kitchens is never handed off to a third-party courier.

About our custom kitchens

If you live in Al Sajja, you know the homes here are built for scale. High ceilings, wide corridors, and generous bedrooms give you the canvas, but most retail furniture looks undersized in these rooms. Our custom kitchens are engineered for villa and townhouse proportions, with new home packages finishes that work alongside the existing joinery most Al Sajja properties come with. Whether you are moving into a new handover or refitting a resale villa, we size every piece to your floor plan rather than to a catalogue.

The kitchen cabinet cost in Dubai varies more than almost any other furniture category, because a kitchen is really several products in one: cabinet boxes, doors, countertops, and hardware, each with its own material tiers. Arcan builds every kitchen from moisture-resistant MDF or marine-grade plywood carcasses — never the particleboard used in most modular and IKEA kitchens, which swells within a few years in UAE humidity. You choose the layout, door finish, countertop material, and internal fittings, and we design, manufacture, and install the full kitchen from our Sharjah workshop.
