Why Arcan for Downtown Dubai

• Designed for Luxury apartments - we have measured enough properties in Downtown Dubai to anticipate the quirks of your floor plan before we arrive.
• Premium designer finishes and hardware that hold up to the humidity, sand, and sun exposure of coastal UAE living, not imported stock rated only for temperate climates.
• Workshop-to-door logistics across Dubai - our Sharjah factory runs its own delivery fleet, so your custom sofas & couches is never handed off to a third-party courier.

About our custom sofas & couches

Apartments in Downtown Dubai reward smart design more than raw square footage. Ceilings are standard, wall runs are interrupted by windows and AC grilles, and every extra centimetre of storage matters. We plan your custom sofas & couches around the real constraints of luxury apartments living, including service ducts, doorway swings, and shared-wall acoustics. The result is furniture that reads as purpose-built for your unit, not generic showroom stock that almost fits.

The sofa is the most-used piece of furniture in any home, yet finding the right size, comfort level, and fabric is nearly impossible off the shelf. Arcan builds every sofa from the frame up — selecting the timber, foam density, spring system, and upholstery fabric based on your preferences and room dimensions. Whether you need a modular sectional for a large family villa or a compact two-seater for an apartment, we craft seating that fits your space and lifestyle perfectly across Dubai and Sharjah.

Indicative pricing in Downtown Dubai

Custom Sofas & Couches projects in Downtown Dubai start from AED 4,000, and most land between AED 4,000 and AED 9,700 depending on size, materials and finish. Every space is different, so we don't quote off a table — the exact, itemised price comes from a photo of your space or a free on-site measurement.

• ConfigurationA straight 2–3 seater, an L-shaped sofa, a modular or U-shaped sectional, and full-perimeter Majlis seating each need very different amounts of frame and fabric.
• Fabric gradePerformance fabric and linen blends are the most affordable; velvet sits in the middle, and aniline or semi-aniline leathers cost the most.
• Foam density & coreStandard high-density foam versus a firmer core or a feather-wrapped topper changes both feel and price.
• Frame complexityChaise sections, deep seats over 100cm, and curved arms all add joinery time.
• Seat depth & back heightCustom depth and back height, rather than a factory default, are built to your body and room.
