Services Provided
Arcan Furniture provides custom furniture design consultation, sourcing, and project coordination services for residential and commercial properties in Dubai, Sharjah, and surrounding areas in the UAE. We work with skilled artisans and trusted manufacturing partners to deliver premium quality furniture.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website, WhatsApp, or during home visits are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, material selections, design complexity, and dimensions. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with manufacturing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Home measurement appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Custom furniture orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation. After manufacturing begins, cancellation is subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the order value.
Warranty
Furniture delivered through Arcan comes with a quality assurance commitment. Warranty terms vary by product and are communicated at the time of order confirmation. Coverage applies to structural defects in materials and workmanship and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, excessive moisture exposure, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Arcan Furniture acts as a design consultation and project coordination service. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Manufacturing and installation are carried out by our partner workshops and independent craftsmen.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Governing Law
