By accessing and using the Arcan Furniture website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
Arcan Furniture provides custom furniture design, manufacturing, and installation services for residential and commercial properties in Dubai, Sharjah, and surrounding areas in the UAE. All furniture is handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium materials.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website, WhatsApp, or during home visits are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, material selections, design complexity, and dimensions. We will communicate any changes before proceeding with manufacturing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Home measurement appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Custom furniture orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation. After manufacturing begins, cancellation is subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the order value.
Warranty
All custom furniture is backed by our craftsmanship warranty — up to 5 years depending on your chosen package. The warranty covers structural defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, excessive moisture exposure, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Arcan Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific furniture piece giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, 3D designs, and furniture designs, is the property of Arcan Furniture and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
